This weekend was unseasonably warm so my husband and I put some Christmas lights up and I did my winter urn up with greens found in the yard. Please visit Mary at the Little Red House at http://dearlittleredhouse.blogspot.com/ to see mosiacs from other creative bloggers.

The Christmas Cactus blooms are beautiful. That urn is beautifully decorated also.
It's that time of year! Your decorations are so cheery!
Great minds think a-like. I wanted to put up x-mas stuff this weekend, but got too many things going on already :-( Nice job!
Beautiful colors of the season.
Happy Thanksgiving! You look ready for Christmas.
Wonderful Christmas mosaic. I am starting this weekend. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Hi Val - your urn is very festive.
One nice thing about living in the country is all the evergreens and red dogwood that don't mind a little trim. I too made my urn this weekend from free clippings and couldn't believe the women shopping in the big box stores paying $30 for the same thing in their carts.
What a wonderful mosaic...I haven't had a Christmas Cactus for years...LOVE your urn arrangement.
This is my favorite kind of decorating for the outdoors. Simple, elegant and a bit country.
BTW the Canadian flag badge on the side looks great.
I just bought a Christmas cactus in Shop-Rite. My mom had one for years when I was growing up... Love your decorations, thanks for sharing at MM. :)
