Our Master Gardener Group held a Fall Garden Tour today. Last night we were invited to take the pretour to see all the gardens on the tour. It was a chance for home owners and members of the group to see all the gardens and not just the one we were assigned to for the tour day.
All of the gardens were lovely. One of the gardens was delightful to see. The home owners have a little train that runs from the front yard to the back and all around the property. All the little houses were historic buildings built by the homeowner. The plants were bonsai size. The grass was a low groundcover. We viewed this garden last last night so that in the dark the homeowner could turn the lights on for us. Isn’t this so cute. The little trolley was stopped at the station for people to get on. Please join us at Murrieta365 for more Straight Out of the Camera fun. Valerie

It is cute! Gardens can show the personality of the gardener sometimes, and I think this one probably did!
Thanks for the visit!
What a delightful yard. I bet their home was equally wonderful.
What an amazing idea for a garden! I've seen garden railroads, but none that include historic buildings. Sounds like a wonderful garden tour. Great photo, too!
What a treat to see that, Valerie!
That is such a cute idea. The photo looks so warm.
Was such a cute garden, great shot.
How adorable and fun to see that. The trolley looks like our streetcars out here in SF. Very cool post. Thanks for sharing.
What a cute idea! I hope you will post more photos from the garden tour! I'm heading over to Murrieta365 for Straight Out of the Camera fun!
Very cute!
That must have been a fun day for you! Interesting photo too.

That is sweet Val! Hope the garden tour went well.
We attended a wedding on Saturday so it's a good thing the Simcoe County MG changed their TU date.
