The fall of the year is not just all about the pretty Chrysanthemum that appear in the market place. I like to see the colours in the leaves of the trees and seed pods. Here in my garden I found the leaves of the Virginia Creeper, Yellow Coneflower seed heads, the seeds of the Butterfly weed and Eringium a feast for the eyes.
I love the rich reds, yellows and golds of the Burning Bush, Boston Ivy, Clematis leaves and Sumac leaves.
I am joining Mary for Mosaic Monday. Get out and enjoy the colours of autumn if you can this week and take your camera.

Gorgeous colors, and a great reminder to look beyond the ordinary.
Those are such warm, lovely Autumn colours~
It most certainly is, and you have shown that so beautifully here, Catherine!
I am soooooo sorry, VALERIE!! :-(
I just left Catherine's site!
It surely is, Valerie, and you have shown that so beautifully here!!
The leaves are starting to turn gorgeous colours here. Hopefully they don't all drop too soon before we can enjoy them and take lots of photos.
Beautiful autumn colours Val.

You've really found a variety of colors to photograph. We won't have much color here in Florida but we are feeling the cooler evenings!
Beautiful combinations of rich color. I love reds and golds.
Hello Val
There is a richness in nature everywhere you look in Autumn and you've captured it beautifully here.
I love all the seed heads - stunning photos - thank you for sharing!
Hugs
