A Graphic Poppy

orange-poppy-with-textures-and-topaz-adjust-blueprintforweb

For this photo I took a picture of an orange poppy from the Sandbox garden and added a texture of Kim Klassens called Epiphany.  From there I took the photo into Topaz Adjust 5 and chose a preset called blueprint.

I am joining Bonnie for Photo Art Friday.   Have a great weekend.   Because we had a long weekend last week the week itself seemed to go quickly.  My Horticulture Society is having its annual plant and bake sale on Saturday so this weekend will fly by too.

Valerie,
Just stunning. I haven't had a chance to play with photos lately - hopefully this summer. Have a wonderful weekend!

absolutely gorgeous, I love this blueprint effect. Unfortunately I don't have Topaz, do you have any idea how to re-create this effect in PSE?

This is fabulous. I love the bold, graphic feel you gave it.

I too have topaz adjust - well infact every single plugin from topaz but I've never used blueprint before! Looks like a great graphic pencil sketch.

Valerie I am pleased that poppies grow in our"sandbox" gardens! My neighbor gave me a few from her garden and they are orange which is the basis of my color scheme among the wooded garden!
Have a wonderful week playing in your "sandbox". Great picture!
