A Snowy Morning for Touch Up Tuesday

Sunman with snow

Yesterday morning we woke up to find everything covered in deep snow.   When I went out to fill up the bird feeders I took the camera.   The Sun Man on the fence had a brand new hat on his head and a mask too.   This is the photo SOOC.

Sunman with snow textured

I cropped him a little as I had taken a bulls eye shot.  In Photoshop I gave him a texture.  One of my own that I made with snowflake brushes and blended it with either screen or overlay.  I forgot to write it down.    It was fun to do.

I am joining Paper Heart Camera for Touch Up Tuesday.   Have a great day.   Valerie

What a fun post! I am so ready for snow! We had more than I thought we needed last year, but have only had a dusting so far this year.

Hi Val
Well, we won't have to dream of a white Christmas! Your sun face looks pretty cool the way you altered it.

This is sooo cool. I absolutely love playing around with my photos, too. I use Photoscape and love it.

No snow for us as yet..but I sure hope we get some soon.

Not sure if I am a follower or not so will check that. If not, I will be.

Nice edit Valerie. I am so glad we don't have months of weather like your harsh winter. Some of my family leave Canada and spend the winter in Portugal to escape your temperatures.

At least when you get snow you are all prepared for it - sadly our infrastructure isn't used to weather like this for longer than a few days.

It is wonderful that that sun can still smile with all that snow on its head. LOL! I was looking at your postings and I think your Buttermilk biscuits look so yummy.

Hoping You Have a Blessed Easter
