Spring Shoots

spring sprouts collage

The Sandbox garden is awakening despite the weather we have had this week.  It was exciting to me to see the bits of colour appear.  I can image you feel the same after this long winter stretch.

I am joining Mary for Mosaic Monday.  See you there.

Nice little green things coming up...snowdrops? crocus? primulas? And something! ☺ We are all so eager for warmer weather and spring to truly be here.

Spring will not be defeated by these late winter storms. How wonderful to see your garden springing to life. I hope that the weather will help them grow and not slow them up.

Love the first signs of Spring and yours are so pretty!
Thanks for stopping by and nice comment. Not sure I made the right choice with the pot of oriental lily - already starting to look a bit frail.:(
Have a great week.

It is so nice to see buds beginning to appear and plants pushing out of the ground. We are getting more snow tomorrow so I will have to wait a little longer to see this happen here. Hopefully this snowfall will end our drought!

Yes, it sure does feel good. Even though spring has stalled a few times this month (snow on Saturday?). But Mother Nature seems to have awakened and there are things popping up all over. Love this time of year!!
