Change of Season Mosiac

This weekend was unseasonably warm so my husband and I put some Christmas lights up and I did my winter urn up with greens found in the yard.  Please visit Mary at the Little Red House at http://dearlittleredhouse.blogspot.com/ to see mosiacs from other creative bloggers.

The Christmas Cactus blooms are beautiful. That urn is beautifully decorated also.

Great minds think a-like. I wanted to put up x-mas stuff this weekend, but got too many things going on already :-( Nice job!

Hi Val - your urn is very festive.
One nice thing about living in the country is all the evergreens and red dogwood that don't mind a little trim. I too made my urn this weekend from free clippings and couldn't believe the women shopping in the big box stores paying $30 for the same thing in their carts.

This is my favorite kind of decorating for the outdoors. Simple, elegant and a bit country.
BTW the Canadian flag badge on the side looks great.

I just bought a Christmas cactus in Shop-Rite. My mom had one for years when I was growing up... Love your decorations, thanks for sharing at MM. :)

Hoping You Have a Blessed Easter
