Having a Heat Wave

White allium flowers

We are having a mini heat wave today and tomorrow before the weather dips again into fall.  I tried to do a couple of things out in the garden but the humidity was intense.

I am falling behind on some of my comments as the week has been busy but I will get to them.

Beautiful photo. It's foggy and damp here but going to be humid this afternoon and tomorrow. Feeling a bit tropical, which I love in September. :)

We are having a heat wave here too, but one with no humidity. Yesterday it was 31 degrees. As I walked the dog this morning I saw that I will have to water sometime today. Everything is bone dry.

Sure is a heat wave, and humid too! I like the soft colours in your photo, and no surprise that there are a couple of wasps on the flowers. They are everywhere right now.

Beautiful photo, Valerie. I love the golden light of September. Pondside has already given you a weather report from our area. I'm back to watering regularly.

Very pretty golden tones of summer on the wane Valerie. :)

Sounds exactly like the weather we are having here, Valerie. At 2pm, it was 97 degrees. Now? 62.
The storms came through, and I think they took what was left of summer with them!

We noticed that it was hotter up North today than down here in Florida! We've had a beautiful day and I hope you did, too! Sweet hugs!

We are having a mini heat wave too - it was over 29C today (stopped looking after that) and stayed hot and humid all day. Still too warm this evening but since the cooler weather is just ahead I am not really complaining. Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. Very much appreciated, plus I got to read your blog too!.

I'll be so glad when this weather breaks.. I usually love September in the garden - cool mornings, bright sunshine to work in the afternoon. Not this year so far - been huddled under a blanket with a migraine and the air conditioning cranked.

Hoping You Have a Blessed Easter
