Blooms for Bloggers Bloom Day

It is Bloggers Bloom Day...the day that garden bloggers get to show off what is growing in their gardens.  I went out early this morning to get a photo of my red tulips before they were open for the day.

The Helliborus Niger is just beginning to change colour from a white bloom to a pink as it nears the end of its bloom time this year.  I think it looks nice this way too.

The purple and white crocus are a lovely sight in the garden now.   Stop by and visit more blooms by visiting May Dreams Gardens    Happy Gardening.

Hello Valerie, thank you for stopping by to say hello! I love your flowers photo's..hopefully next spring I will have bulbs showing their pretty heads too. Unfortunately the owners of this farm never put much stock in gardening..but at least they left lots of manure behind that has been put to good use in the new vegetable garden! Have a wonderful day and happy gardening! Maura

My tulips will likely be another week yet up here in the north! ;-)
Nice to enjoy yours for now.

Hellebore and crocus are two of my favorite flowers. I had never even seen any until a few years ago. Great photos and happy bloom day.

The hellebore is beautiful, with its blend of honey, cream and dusky pink.

Gorgeous shots of hellebores and crocuses!

Our crocuses never last until the tulips blossom... in fact, the daffodils usually aren't in bloom until the last crocus flower wilts away.

That looks a lot like my rain barrel behind your tulips. If it is a rain barrel, kudos!
